Rapides Cemetery

Second and Fifth Saturday Cleanup
Be a part of the workday(s) at the cemetery on the second Saturday, and in those months with a fifth Saturday. 8:30 a.m. to noon. Usually there are cookies (and water to wash them down.) View a map.

4/9/2016 - A reception was held at Brother Poole's home, honoring Architect Fred Barksdale. It was a very successful fundraiser for the Historic Rapides Cemetery.
2/5/2016 - Jason Church of the National Center for Preservation Technology and Training visited the cemetery to share preservation techniques.
